Ching Meng

Ohoh...ChingMeng Festival located on 5th of April 2005...but we will normally celebrate more early days...

Do u know wat is the main purpose for ChingMeng Festival?
This is one of the Chinese culture from traditional. The main purpose is to pray for your passed away relative and bear in mind those passed away relative.

But nowaday, the purpose for ChingMeng Festival got a bit changing or some additional aim for this festival. Nowaday, majority also got a lot of tasks to do and no more time to assemble together and more worst is, most youngest are forgot and not recognize their closely relatives as well...So, during this festival, the parents will bring along the child to meet their relatives and at the same time is to know some of the story of previous times.

This morning, wake up on 0530...prepare to back home town for 'Sau Mu' (grave)...this is the one of the chinese important culture and we should remain and keep it till forever. Today, i not really feel well and not in a good condition...but, since i had promise my parents, so i still need to carry out my promise. Take a can of 100Plus, i getting better already. 0630 reach my hometown.

My mum stay at my grandma's house to prepare the breakfast and lunch when after visit grave.

Wow...a lot of traditional's rule need to follow during visit grave. First at all, we need to pray for the general god which located in then only can go for ur realive grave. Every year we will have total 5 to 6 graves to go and last year had added one more, My grandpa.

Hmm...after hours later, we finish that and we back to my grandma there to take breakfast + lunch...(11++ lo...can consider as lunch lo)

Hmm...i had notice that, majority the person will follow the rule there, mean the traffic problem...but just because the minor person , will make the whole situation change...Jam and fight...
OMG, those person really not respect their relative and family member who passed away...sigh...

anyway, this GOOD CHINESE TRADITIONAL CULTURE should keep it on and remain forever.

Happy ChingMeng DAy
