One of the Gov. Hospital

I'm feeling sad to have such Gov. hospital in our country...this is really a sad story to hear that...but no choice, it's real happened to the hospital...

Previously, i hear that, quite number of the patients dead because they are waiting in the Emergency Wab...it is just too bad...

Today just after my last class in the semester...i help my granny to go tat hospital to repleace the old appointment/ medicine card ( my grannay lost it...)

When the first i walk in the main entrance of the general counter, there have no any officer there for serve...then fine, i just went to the pay counter to ask some of the information about how to repleace a new medicine card...The officer have talk nothing, then just ask me my granny register number and just give me a new medicine card...i'm glad for it...

BUT, when i get a call from my daddy, he told me that not only the few appointments stated in the card, there should be have more appointments there such as Blood test and X-ray's appointments there...Hmm...when i hear about it, then i just went back to the same counter and ask for comfirm it...
OMG, she only realize that, and she told me that

Officer : Yang ini, kita tidak ubah untuk dapatkan appintment, anda mest pergi ke department yang ambil bahagian?

I jsut blur to hear that...wat is a Inteligent smart hospital...and this is the only smart hospital in the country...All the officer given a fastest, good quality computer...but they just donno how to use it fully and lack of the skill to check the simple things to me...If u is me, how do u think about it? If u r the visitor from other country, how do u feel this country is?

Fine, then i just walk to the Depaertment who incharge of the blood test and X-ray...
The distance between the both department are far enaf, one is located in West, and one is located in East, one is in 2nd floor and another is located in 3rd floor...
When i walk in the department, can u all guess wat they stated in the counter there?

" Minta maaf, counter tutup"

FXXK...i know when i reach there, there is a lunch time to them...but, lunch time have no patients walk in? Lunch time should have sharp an hour break time to them?OMG, tat mean, Lunch time, all patient should wait the nurses finish lunch only can continue to give u services? If like that, all the patients will dead because of the stupid service...Y not to have shift system to have lunch time, then the service can give non-stop...coz u are the first aim unit, to give people help ANYTIME...

Fianlly, i walk here and there, spend around over an hour to settle just a simple case...LOST MEDICINE CARD...tmd...

Looking forward to have imporve for the furture service...
