How to fall aslepp?

Do u know wat is the meaning of INSOMNIA?
Insomnia mean that person who cannot fall in sleep during the night time or the person who cannot fall as sleep at the right time.

I strongly believe that a lot of City-man or woman suffering for this problem. Them suffering for Insomnia, and it will affect healthy and his/ her own performance during working time. OMG, it really terrible for us. From my observation, i found that the Insomnia happend to majority of City-man or woman because of the stress from his/ her stress from Internal and External.

What is the stress create from internal? It mean that the person who thiking over. Them worry this and that. They cannot relax after the working time or most worstly is them cannot relax for major time in them life. For instance, some of the crazy-worker ( majority is CEO of company or Chairperson for a company), they worry about tomorrow tast which MAYBE cannot done on time and get fined. Besides that, quite number of parents worry about their childrens who hanging out with friends till mid-night.
*it also can consider the stress given by your own.

External stress is the stress given by other person or influrence by another persons. For example is workmate or bosses who given a lot of invisible stress and it also not your responsible area. During the lower economic period, a lot of bosses given stress for their subordinate so that can performance well and well. But them have no consider the specific subordinate can take the stress or not...is it too bad...

I found out some ways MAYBE can let u fall asleep. Following are the ways i found out:
a) Play soothing music b4 u sleep. Example are natura sound such as Beach, forest and rainstorm lill.
b) Read books or newspaper for half an hour (if u found that u really cannot sleep).
c) Have a warm bath.
d) Massage your own muscles.
e) Try deep breathing.
f) Decrease stress and pressure.
g) Increse exercise level.
h) Relax ur mind and not thinking for half an hour b4 go for bed.
g) Take milk an hour b4 going to sleep.

Hmm...above statement is just MY OWN opinion and commont for those who suffering of Insomnia. If realy not work for u, then try to contact ur doctor or Psychology doctor as soon as possible.
Here i just wishing U all not get the INSOMNIA. Pray for the god for those get it and solve ur problem and recover soon.
