I learn a lot...

Today...is my first day to find my Lecturer since i study in TARc...nice feeling...

My lecturer,Wilson Kwan...He not only teaching and spend a lot of time to explain the Q and let me more understanding about the Q...He teaching a lot of extra knowledge which cannot get it easily from any reference books...Teaching me about life and my objective...He let my brain thought off something related with me...nice...Thanks...

In addition, when i walking to car park area to drive my car, i found out that my best fren who are standing alone beside her car. Then sure i will go there to have a look and send greet to her...Hmm...4 guys there...
Oh...she's car are fail to drive...'PumJet'...The 4 guys try to changed the tyre for her.Nice man...Thanks...but them made a lot of mistake and finally, them try to solve it...

After that, i try go with her to the nearest Petrol Station to pump tyre till the certain level...and teaching her how to use the instrumeant for pumping mechine...
From her, i really understood not everyone is perfect...How good a person still got something not really perfect...including me and u...we all need to improve anytime, anywhere...
# i'm sorry...i still leraning this, and it will bring a lot of advantages for me and my furture...and u too...

Responsible...

Hmm...Do u really know to take the responsible?
A lot of persons really not take the responsible at all...

For me...i still learning how to take the responsible...especially are the responsible to be a nice son and a student...this really important...

But...i more understand that...actually, everyone b4 do something, should consider for the aspect of responsible and safety...

For instance, to be a good son or daughter, should take the responsible to not let ur parents worry about u...should let them got sufficient CONFIDENCE to u...this is important...

I had a dream...really clear dream...
Normally, the dream will forgottable when u wake up from dream...but this few days dream are still can remember what is happend inside the dream...amazing...

Anywhere, i just wanna to know, If u wanna fight sumthing inside ur dream and u fail...then in reality got any affect?

How to fall aslepp?

Do u know wat is the meaning of INSOMNIA?
Insomnia mean that person who cannot fall in sleep during the night time or the person who cannot fall as sleep at the right time.

I strongly believe that a lot of City-man or woman suffering for this problem. Them suffering for Insomnia, and it will affect healthy and his/ her own performance during working time. OMG, it really terrible for us. From my observation, i found that the Insomnia happend to majority of City-man or woman because of the stress from his/ her stress from Internal and External.

What is the stress create from internal? It mean that the person who thiking over. Them worry this and that. They cannot relax after the working time or most worstly is them cannot relax for major time in them life. For instance, some of the crazy-worker ( majority is CEO of company or Chairperson for a company), they worry about tomorrow tast which MAYBE cannot done on time and get fined. Besides that, quite number of parents worry about their childrens who hanging out with friends till mid-night.
*it also can consider the stress given by your own.

External stress is the stress given by other person or influrence by another persons. For example is workmate or bosses who given a lot of invisible stress and it also not your responsible area. During the lower economic period, a lot of bosses given stress for their subordinate so that can performance well and well. But them have no consider the specific subordinate can take the stress or not...is it too bad...

I found out some ways MAYBE can let u fall asleep. Following are the ways i found out:
a) Play soothing music b4 u sleep. Example are natura sound such as Beach, forest and rainstorm lill.
b) Read books or newspaper for half an hour (if u found that u really cannot sleep).
c) Have a warm bath.
d) Massage your own muscles.
e) Try deep breathing.
f) Decrease stress and pressure.
g) Increse exercise level.
h) Relax ur mind and not thinking for half an hour b4 go for bed.
g) Take milk an hour b4 going to sleep.

Hmm...above statement is just MY OWN opinion and commont for those who suffering of Insomnia. If realy not work for u, then try to contact ur doctor or Psychology doctor as soon as possible.
Here i just wishing U all not get the INSOMNIA. Pray for the god for those get it and solve ur problem and recover soon.

First Impression

First Impression mean that the first look and first meeting for 2 persons who haven meet b4...and the first intution or feeling when they are meet.

Today, i don nkow y...i decided to meet a Primary schoolmate + Net fren...
I seldom to meet net fren...just once and it happend for me are long time ago...

After a long chat with her, and we decided to meet and chat again...she giving me a very good first impression...and she really pretty enough. She is a straight forward person who chatting without turning here and there...nice person...

BUT, i feel that my first impression to her are not really good enough...but...don know...hmm...

anywhere, this christmas are meaningful for me to meet a Old Primary fren and Net fren for my 2004 christmas day...Trust the Fate...God bless me and u all...

Merry X'mas...

Hmm...At the 'mas eve...i and all my buddies to have a steamboad dinner at one of the gang member's house which located in Taman Daya, Kepong, Kuala Lumpur.

Thanks for all attented for this dinner and i feel that we all also quite enjoy at this night...besides a little unhappy thing happend la...don worry...the happy mood won affect ge...maybe bring some fun for us also...

Thanks for those gal members who well preparing the steamboad equiptments and those tasty foods for us LAZY guy members...wakaka...Gal...u all done a nice job...thanks...

After the meal, we start to drink some wine/ alcohol drinks for the night...YY bought from UK ge le...nice...Volka...
The Volka can consider as a good wine/ alcohol drink ge...the smell and tast also quite good...

OMG...the funny things happend when all the gang members after drink the Volka:

a) KK, CC, and Fay shown a very red face to us...really nice to look...just looking like 'Kuan Gong'. Besides that...the most cutie face is CC one...coz he just shown red colour around the eyes part and non for other part on face there...nice...wakaka...

b) Meng have drunk at the night...omg...bring a lot of fun...we cannot decided he is acting or really drunk...but we also trust 50% that he is real drunk...I'm sorry to Meng, coz i using 'strength' way to control his action after drunk...He really lose control at the night...terrible...The most headache part is...He vomit around...and talk something non-sense during drunk. OMG...he made YY's house toilet dirty and something damages are done by him...
* here also need to said sorry to YY...I'm sorry...

After that...around 2am, Sonny come join us to have continue activity...have a drink at Restaurant Kinrara, Bandar Sri Damansara. We chat something non-related and non-sense there...talk here and there...the time around 0300...we decided to leave and back home for bed lo...for ZZzzZZZzzz...

Finally, i still feel happy and meaningful for today steamboat dinner and meet in X'mas eve...

Fated or just lucky?

Ohohoh...don know it is fated or just lucky to meet her...

Yesterday, after class...back home to ahve lunch alone...(sadness)...
on the way my buddy send me home, his gf asking me some sot sot Q and not related...mean just fun and joke only la...

But in the car...we have discuss about a gal...Frankly, she not pretty...but...she got that feeling,smell...less people to have ge...really ncie to meet...

# i don know the gal, just meet her at college...from far and far...

i'm home...nothing to eat...then jsut drive out searching for food for my lunch...
Finally, decided go KFC, which located in Selayang Mall...
Funny...gald to see the face...she sitting there...having lunch also...
at the same time...really feel like...fated coming oh...wakakka...*she don nkow me*

# Do u all have the same feeling...when u r strong...so strong minding to have sumthing...or wishing sumthing...the thing will become reality?
Don tell me those bullshit la...wat this become money or gold...

Lucky...this saturday i will go for Johor trip...
